    Funding models include but are not limited to:

    ·      Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) – Allows upgrades to be funded through guaranteed energy savings, often budget-neutral.

    ·      Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) – Delivers improvements with no upfront capital or debt, with fixed monthly service payments.
